During the initial design process, we thoughtfully set the grandpa as a quiet yet highly professional elder. He consistently wears his signature cap and green knit vest, profoundly representing the old shop's unwavering commitment to quality. The grandma beside him wears a blue sweater with a warm, welcoming smile on her face, primarily responsible for enthusiastically greeting every customer who walks through the door. Whether standing right at the storefront with the wooden "Ruichang Canvas" signboard or standing in front of thick rolls of canvas, these vivid scenes faithfully restore the authentic, nostalgic appearance of traditional Taiwanese shops.
傳統產業的數位溝通橋樑 A Digital Communication Bridge for Traditional Industries

The design team carefully compiled the most frequently used vocabulary across different age groups in daily messaging apps, such as "Hello! Good morning," "Welcome," and "Come again anytime," making these daily greetings practically valuable and widely applicable.
視覺風格與細節考究 Visual Style and Detailed Research
在視覺畫面的呈現上，為了呼應帆布本身耐用、樸實的純粹特性，插畫師特別採用了帶有強烈手繪感的粗線條，並選用復古且溫潤的色調來進行細部上色。角色的肢體語言更是經過了仔細的考究。阿公的表情相對內斂，微微上揚的嘴角非常符合台灣老一輩手作職人那種低調務實的性格。阿嬤則被賦予了較多生動活潑的動作，像是親切地揮手向大家打招呼，精準地傳遞出台灣在地商家濃厚的好客精神。 Regarding the overall visual presentation, to perfectly echo the durable and simple characteristics of raw canvas, the illustrator purposefully adopted thick lines with a distinct hand-drawn feel and chose a retro, warmly inviting color palette for coloring. The characters' body language was also meticulously studied. The grandpa's expression is notably restrained; his slightly raised corners of the mouth perfectly align with the low-profile, practical personality of older Taiwanese artisan makers. The grandma, on the other hand, has far more vivid and lively movements, such as waving kindly to say hello, which accurately conveys the enthusiastic hospitality of local merchants.
